I am Farshid Hashemi.
My main activities began in 1993 by designing and constructing various types of buildings, and my colleagues and I have finished tens of projects so far.
My main concern has always been the customer, respecting them, and understanding their needs. And I managed to improve and expand my professional activities following this simple rule.
The first principle in every professional business, is the mutual respect and trust.
Through all these years, I learned that the most important factor for progress, is the capability to understand and implement what the customer needs.
Along with designing and constructing different types of buildings (residental, office, commercial, industrial), my activities are categorized as below:

- Designing and creating different types of furniture, kitchen and decoration

- Designing and Implementation of landscapes, indoor and outdoor green areas, and roof gardens

- Consultation and providing all kinds of equipment, tools and materials
- Designing and consultation services in land separation and infrastructural needs

A logical belief, is the engine for all successful works.
Since the beginning I always believed that in order to respect the customer and their needs, one should respect themselves. Only in that case, I can become a capable and positive person at what I do, and find my success in my customers’ satisfaction.
The real success happens when you put yourself in customer’s shoes, look at your product, and judge it.
Looking back at all these years and experiences I’ve earned, has always been a guide to me, and I always tried to pave the path to success and reach the point where I’m standing right now using my creativity, capability to imagine the patterns and designs in my mind, logical designs to use all potentials of the space, using the right material with quality and future expenses in mind, science-based consultation, precise supervision and implementation and based on technical and scientific principles.
But wait!
There’s still another factor which I believe is equally very important, and that’s the employer’s trust and patience.
I dare say that, besides all the factors mentioned above, my present success relies greatly on those employers who made possible for me to express and improve my art and creativity, for whom I have a lot of respect and appreciation.

For years to come, our production will be before everybody’s eyes and subject to their judgments.
All deficits and disadvantages, all positive points and advantages, they all will be written down in our biography, and that’s why we should work and create with all we have, in order to produce something ideal.
And this, can only be accomplished by an artist who possesses the tools od creativity, supervision, foresight, executive forces, and above all, good will and believing in right deeds.
